Once you’ve decided what MoffStuff! you’d like, email info@moffstuff.co.uk with:

• • Your name and address

  • What design* on what item(s) and how many you’d like. If it’s clothing, add the colour and size (please double check size guides first).

  • You’ll then receive a proforma invoice with the details for payment via Bacs payment.

  • Once payment received, your MoffStuff! will be produced and on its way.

*please state if you'd prefer design without the text

Yes! You can private message via social media with the same info that’s in the ‘How do I order my MoffStuff’ section.

Remember to add your email address for me to send the proforma invoice.

All orders received during the week will be sent for production at the weekend. Production time is 3-5 business days, depending on product.

Your MoffStuff! will then be sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked postage. So in all, it should take 7-10 days from the weekend that it’s sent for production.

All items will be checked before posting out to your lovely selves but if somehow your item is damaged or defective, get in touch via email at info@moffstuff.co.uk

Unfortunately, no returns/refunds can otherwise be offered, so please remember to take a moment to check the sizing guides, colours etc, before ordering.

Yes! Delivery is free within the UK, using Royal Mail 48 tracked.

*If a faster postage option or delivery outside the UK is required, please email us before placing your order, for a shipping quote.

Please note for T-shirts, if you are in between sizes and unsure which to go for, we'd recommend choosing the larger option.

50p from each item ordered will be donated to a wildlife charity. The chosen charity will vary each month to share the love, and support our wildlife in different ways.

Production times vary depending on the product and you will receive an email when your order has gone to production. Please allow 7-10 days from that point. If you’re still waiting beyond 10 days, feel free to email for the Royal Mail tracking number.

Your personal information, such as name, address, email, phone number and any other details will only be used to contact you in relation to your MoffStuff! order. Personal data will only be stored for the purposes of order processing and fulfillment. For any queries regarding this, please feel free to get in touch.
